All houses of the A' class complex have been rebuilt and elegantly decorated having their own distinct. An ambience of comfort and relaxation is present throughout its 17 houses, complemented by traditional furniture and antique pieces. The complex offers:

Esperas Studios (2 persons): Open plan bedroom with dining area, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private balcony with sea view. (5 studios)
Standard Houses (2 persons): Either open plan or open-loft bedroom, sitting & dining room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private balcony with sea view. (3 Standard Houses)
Esperas houses (2 persons): Either separate bedroom or open loft bedroom, sitting & dining room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private balcony with sea view. (4 Esperas Houses)  
Junior Suites (4 persons): Two bedrooms (two doubles or one double and one twin bedded open plan bedroom) sitting & dining room, kitchenette, two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi bathtub), private balcony with sea view. (2 Junior Suites)  
Superior Suite (4 persons): Two separate bedrooms (one double & one twin bedded bedroom), sitting & dining room, kitchenette, one bathroom  with Hydro-massage jet shower and one  separate second toilet, private balcony with sea view and balcony from the master bedroom. (1 Superior Suite)
Honeymoon  Suite (2 persons): One separate bedroom, with queen size bed, sitting & dining room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, separate Jacuzzi bathtub, private balcony with sea view. (1 Honeymoon Suite)
Esperas Suite (2 persons): Two bedrooms (two queen-size beds) sitting & dining room, kitchenette, two bathrooms gym area (including a treadmill and stationary bicycle, barbells and yoga mats) outdoor Jacuzzi bathtub, private balcony with sea view. (1 Esperas Suite)

All the units of the Esperas Houses complex have double beds, except for the one Junior Suite and the Superior Suite which consist of one double bedroom and one twin bedded bedroom. All units include individually controlled air-conditioning, a direct dial phone, satellite TV, a safe deposit box, a DVD/CD (MP3) player, a hairdryer and fully equipped kitchenette. There are both smoking and non-smoking areas. Pets are also welcome.
