1 Traditional Superior Esperas Villa: Two separate bedrooms (one double & one twin bedroom), sitting & dining room, kitchenette, one bathroom and one separate second toilet, private balcony with sea view and balcony from the master bedroom.
2 Esperas Suites: One separate bedroom, sitting & dining room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, separate Jacuzzi bathtub, private balcony with sea view.

All units of the Esperas Houses complex have double beds, except for the 2-bedroom villas. All units also include individually controlled air-conditioning, a direct dial phone, satellite TV, a safe deposit box, a DVD/CD (MP3) player, a hairdryer and fully equipped kitchenette.
