Ikies Studio: House of Gardner
The cozy studio has one main bedroom with a queen-size bed and a kitchenette and can accommodate 2 persons. The balcony is perched on the edge of the cliff a few meters away from the room’s entrance.
Ikies Superior Studios: House of Boatman – House of Artisan
The two (2) houses have a queen-size bed, a cozy living or dinning area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The traditional bathrooms offer all modern conveniences. One of the studios has two sofas in the living area, thus accommodation up to four persons for the night. A private Jacuzzi is nestled in the corner of the private terraces with views to the village of Oia and the caldera.
The Artisan's House is our largest superior studio with one main room with a queen-size bed in the rear plus 2 traditional sofas which can be turned into single beds.

Ikies Maisonettes: House of the Sailor – House of Fisherman – House of Cook
The Sailor's House is located on the pool level and has a bedroom [queen size bed] upstairs on the loft which looks down onto the living area. The house can accommodate a third person on the ground floor sofa which can be turned into a single bed for the night. The balcony infront of the house where breakfast is served offers views to the village of Oia and the sea below us.
House of the Fisherman tastefully decorated maisonette is located on the pool level and has a bedroom [queen size bed] upstairs on the loft which looks down onto the living area. The two built in sofas on the ground floor can be turned into single beds for the night thus accommodating a maximum of four [4] persons.
House of the Cook is traditional house with a bedroom [queen size bed] and bathroom on the loft which looks down onto the living area. The ground floor has a second bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, dinning table and two built in sofas which can be turned into single beds. The balcony which is on a level of its own has views to the rest of the island and the sunset. This maisonette can accommodate up to four [4] persons.
IkiesHoneymoon Suite: The “Winemaker’s House” has the secluded terrace of all the houses with stunning views of the caldera and the sunset from the private outdoor and the exterior use font. The large living room leads into the cave bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite dressing area. This room has extra amenities such as candles, flowers, added bathroom soaps, and extra services such as champagne breakfast.

Ikies Superior Suites: House of the Antiquarian - House of Carpenter
House of the Antiquarian consists of one master bedroom on the lower level with its own bathroom and a queen-size bed. A second bedroom on the ground level with a queen-size bed and a bathroom. The living room has two traditional sofas which can be turned into single beds. Meals and snacks can be prepared in the kitchenette. The spacious terrace has a private hot tub nestled in a corner, an exterior use futon, and a marble top table where breakfast is served. The house can accommodate up to 6 persons.
The Captain's House is our newest superior suite with a private hot tub nestled in the corner of the secluded terrace with views to the caldera and village of Oia. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and two wide traditional sofas in the living-room which can be turned into single beds. The house can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Ikies Honeymoon Suites: House of the Winemaker - House of the Carpenter
The Winemaker's House is one of our honeymoon suites with a secluded terrace and uninterrupted views of the island. The private hot tub with its deck and the exterior use futon offer endless hours of relaxation on the verandah. The cave bedroom with the king size bed and ensuite dressing area are located to the rear of the house. The living area has two traditional sofas and dinning table, and a bar area with a fridge, stove, and sink. The bathroom offers two sinks, a separate wc, walk-in shower, Jacuzzi bathtub with a view to the caldera, and a spacious steamroom.
House of the Carpenter is the second honeymoon suite located at the far end of the complex with its own exit to the pathway that leads into the village of Oia. The large vaulted bedroom with a king-size bed and elevated step-in Jacuzzi bathtub behind the bed is located to the rear of the house. The living area has two traditional sofas which can be turned into single beds for the night. The bathroom offers a separate wc, a walk-in shower and a steam room for two. The spacious terrace has a private hot tub nestled in the corner for privacy and offers views to the caldera and the village of Oia. This suite can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Ikies Villa: Collector's House
The Collector's House is the newest addition to IKIES Traditional Houses. This luxurious villa offers two separate bedrooms each with its own generous bathroom and ensuite dressing area, both carved deep into the volcanic cliff. The spacious living and dinning area with its characteristic domed ceiling opens out onto the unique terrace with its combination of complete privacy and breathtaking views of the caldera and the village of Oia.
The villa also boasts its own private spa area perched on the edge of the terrace overlooking the caldera. Our suggestion would be to take a soothing steam bath followed by a refreshing cold shower, then dip into the temperature controlled jacuzzi, before finally moving over to the terrace futon - this is probably the best way to relax and take in the sun and unique view.
