Three studios with open plan fully equipped kitchenette for accommodating two persons,
Five apartments with one bedroom, separate living room and open plan fully equipped kitchenette, for accommodating up to three or four persons.
One apartment with two separate bedrooms, living room and open plan fully equipped kitchenette, for accommodating up to five persons if necessary.
Three superior apartments with larger rooms (bedroom, separate living room and open plan fully equipped kitchenette) and extra room facilities, for accommodating a family with up to four persons, if necessary.

All houses of Santorinis Balcony Hotel have exclusive entrance and private balcony with panoramic Caldera’s view for enjoying the famous and majestic Santorinian sunset.
Each house (studio or apartment) has its own unique personal style respecting the local Cycladic tradition.
