It originally served as an old winery and mill complex and dates back to the early 18th century.  This villa has been lovingly restored and converted into a simple but very stylish summer retreat. A team of local artisans, using traditional techniques and materials were responsible for creating this 'modern' Santorini home.

Villas & Mansions Of Santorini Island has recently launched five newly renovated villas and mansions on the picturesque island of Santorini. The houses have been sensitively restored to blend functionality anf aesthetics of the old villas with the surrounding village. Villas & Mansions of Santorini Island offers visitors the unique experience to have a taste of by gone days on the island without compromising on style, home comforts and discreet service.

The houses have been harmoniously designed and accompanied under consideration of the aspects of Qi-Mag Feng Shui and the applied Geomacy on site, during renovation, with healthy construction and decor materials, using colours from the 5 elements of the earth. Also Member of Mediterranean Traditional Mansions, allianced with Boutique Hotels.

Spiti Daniel (meaning house of Daniel)consists of 4 double bedrooms all of which are en-suite and air-conditioned. The bathrooms are spacious and incorporate traditional stone wash basins and modern 'Grohe' showers. It can accomodate up to 8 people.

There is a separate living room with a seating alcove with stone banquette, which was once a wine pressing area. The area is furnished with a mixture of modern and traditional furniture and fabrics. The living area connects to the dinning area and kitchen via a curved stone stairway. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities including a dishwasher and microwave.

The floors throughout the villa are traditional polished cement and are covered with beautiful Turkish rugs and flokatis. Decorative hand-made cushions were made by a local designer and are used throughout the villa, complimenting each room. Two enclosed courtyards ensure privacy. The upper courtyard of Spiti Daniel incorporates a large heated outdoor Jacuzzi, whilst the lower terrace provides ample space for outdoor dinning.

At Spiti Daniel there are four further terraces with spectacular 280 degree views to the North West and north east of the island, which boasts spectacular views of the Caldera, volcano, Fira, Imerovigli, Oia and the whole eastern coast from Kamari. On clear days it is possible to view 14 of the surrounding islands. Spectacular sunsets are pretty much guaranteed every evening! This luxury villa is the perfect destination to for fill all your expectations of a perfect holiday on the beautiful island of Santorini.
