You are transferred by our buses at 6:00 to Athinios Port. Blue Star departs at 7:00 and we reach Paros island at 10:30. Our expert escort will first take you to Parikia, the island's capital. There you will find the best known Byzantine monuments of Greece, Panagia Ekatontapiliani (Our Lady of the hundred Gates) which also houses a fine museum. Another interesting museum that we will visit is the Archaeological Museum, located behind the church which exhibits a collection of various findings dating from the Neolithic and Roman periods. For the rest of the day you are free to explore the island. Close to the harbour is the main bus station offering connections around the whole island. There are fantastic golden beaches for all tastes around the island, like Kolimbithres, Monastiri beach, Santa Maria. You can also take a trip to nearby Antiparos and visit its spectacular cave and turquoise water beaches. Get a taste of the island's delicacies and famed wines in restaurants, taverns and ouzeries as well the hospitality of the locals. At 22:00 the boat will depart for Santorini. At Athinios port our buses will wait to take you back.
