Baxedes Beach

It's Oia's most well-known beach, frequented by local families, tourists wanting to avoid the crowds and all those who can't get to Koloumbo. Although not organised, it does not create a feeling of an isolated or neglected beach. The canteen offers refreshments and water, and you can eat at one of the few taverns nearby. When you are leaving, visit the Sigalas winery for a wine tasting session of Santorinian wines, accompanied by cheeses, hams or local tidbits.
