Perissa Beach

The totally black volcanic sand, the length of the beach -seven whole kilometers- and the deep blue sea, make this beach one of the most impressive in the Aegean. That is mainly the reason why it attracts all kinds of tourists and Greeks as well. The situation is as you may imagine: beats and cocktails at the deckchairs, multi-culti sea sports, a water park with water slides and taverns. If you crave for an underwater escape, there is a very good sea diving centre here, where you can also obtain a diving certificate.

During the summer months things get really wild with all the parties going on at the beach bars which are quite many and located the one next to the other.
