Hatzidaki Winery

Hatzidakis winery was founded in 1997 at Pyrgos Kallistis and is housed in a traditional caved house. They cultivate 10 hectares of organic grapes; the enologist Haridimos Hatzidakis prefers quality to quantity. All the types of wine he produces improve and become more popular year by year. Its top wine is Nychteri, one of the best of its kind. Hatzidakis winery has won several gold or silver awards for their Santorini and Aidani Assyrtiko wines in the International Wine Competitions in Thessaloniki.

Santorini: VQPRD dry white wine from 90% Assyrtiko, 5% Athiri and 5% Aidani. It is served at 8-10 C and accompanies seafood, pasta, white cheese.

Santorini Barrel: VQPRD dry white wine from 100% Assyrtiko that ages for 10 months in oak barrels. It is served at 11-13 C and accompanies fish, pasta, yellow cheese, white meat.
